In order to better understand the trends and
issues confronting Miner County, South Dakota, Miner County Community
Revitalization (MCCR) commissioned the following study. Completed by students at Howard High
School, this study was presented to the MCCR Board of Directors, the County
Commissioners, Howard, Canova, and Carthage City Councils, the Howard
School Board, and various other organizations. |
