A Gubernatorial Forum with Jim Abbott and Mike Rounds, hosted by Miner County Community Revitalization, will be held at the Howard High School Gymnasium on Wednesday, October 2, 2002 at 7:00pm. The public is cordially invited to attend this very important forum discussing issues concerning rural communities.

Some topics of discussion include:

• Rural Economic/Agricultural Development
• Rural Leadership
• Education/Fiscal Responsibility
• Wind/Renewable Energy
• Rural Health
• Poverty Reduction/Quality of Life
• Vision For Rural South Dakota
