From 2005 - 2007, MCCR and Lutheran Social Services will host 4 programs on fifteen dates to assist residents with homeownership issues. 

The first two programs, "Financial Check-up" and "Home Buyer Express" focus on preparing people for purchasing a home.  Individuals completing these two courses and buying a house in Miner County will receive a certificate worth $100 towards the closing costs of their home purchase in Miner County.

The second class "On Track to Home Ownership" is intended for graduates of the Homebuyer Express class and offers additional guidance and motivation.     learn more>>>

The last class to be offered is geared towards Seniors.  Titled "Elderly Issues", it focuses how money and credit management play relate to various housing options that are available to seniors.  learn more>>>
